Hi! I’m Jennifer the Director for Mommy Connections Edmonton West. While I was pregnant I had a bit of a hard time. Looking back I wish I had taken some sort of social class to get out of the house. Right before my daughter was born I researched ways to keep postpartum depression away and found socialization was one of best ways to prevent it. I went on the search for somewhere to connect with other moms. My daughter was 5 weeks old when I attended my first class and although it was a little hard after recovering from my emergency surgery I wouldn’t change a thing!! I am still friends with the majority of the moms I met.

I am proud to be a part of the ever growing community of Mommy Connections and help connect moms to each other and their community!
