New Year, New Glasses from MESquad!

Happy 2022! As a parent of a little who wears glasses, I am constantly on the look-out for high quality, DURABLE, affordable options that my kiddo can wear comfortably. We were very excited to try out the online design and order process with Canadian children’s glasses company, MEsquad.

The order process was seamless. On the MEsquad website, you are able to choose from pre-designed frames, or you and your child can design your very own pair! You heard right, you and your child can build their very own pair of glasses, from shape, to color, to arms and hinges and lenses! It was such a fun experience!

The online store had some amazing tools that allowed you to see what the frames would look like on your child, as well as other tools that helped with measurements, if needed.

Now, the best part (according to my son), was when the glasses arrived. They were here quickly (which I loved), but my son was so excited that the package was addressed to him! When he opened the box, there was a personalized letter addressed to Aydan, explaining his new glasses, and explaining that they had added on a complimentary lens upgrade, because they knew he liked video gaming! How cool is that?! To say Aydan was excited would be an understatement!

The next best part was that they sent the glasses dis-assembled, and Aydan could actually build them! He was so excited to open the packages and put everything together, himself! Opening the packages, and handling the pieces, you could tell just how well made and durable the glasses were.

After building the glasses (in under 5 minutes!), Aydan was ready to roll! We’ve had the glasses under a hockey helmet, on the ski hill, and to school. The glasses have held up well throughout all the things a nine year old can take them through, and we are very impressed!

According to Aydan, like best thing about his new MEsquad glasses are: “They are very comfortable, they look cool and they don’t break when I bend them or drop them!”.
