SUMMARY:Aldershot Mom & Baby (0-8M): Wednesdays\, March 25 - May 6
DESCRIPTION:Meet other moms in Burlington while learning and having fun with your baby!  \nOur flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet others\, gather valuable parenting info\, and learn about local programs and services – in a fun\, low-pressure\, social and inclusive environment. \nEach week features either a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from baby sleep to introducing solids to baby massage\, or a fun and interactive activity for mom and baby – like yoga or music.  There’s also always an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nThis seven week program runs every Wednesday morning\, 11am-12:30pm from March 25 to May 6\, 2026. We will meet indoors at The WOMB (World of My Baby)\, which is located at 1159 King Rd in the Aldershot neighbourhood. \nThis class is ideal for moms and their non-mobile babies\, aged newborn to 8 months.  The cost is $205+HST. \nIncluded in your registration fee is: \n\nSeven 90-min classes – each class full of valuable information\, connection\, and bonding opportunities\nA private WhatsApp group chat – to stay connected outside of class time\n\nEach class will be limited to 13 participants. Unfortunately you will not be allowed to bring older siblings to the class. \nWe will do our best to host classes in person\, however we reserve the right to move classes to a virtual format in the event of inclement weather\, illness or new government restrictions. DESCRIPTION:Is your baby on the move? We have a program for that! \nThe days of chatting with other parents while your baby naps may be over – but it doesn’t mean the fun has to stop!  Join our Mini Movers program taking place at various locations across Burlington & Halton Region. \nMini Movers is a great opportunity to socialize while exploring and having fun with your crawler or early walker. We will sample five different parent & baby activities\, such as music\, arts and crafts\, baby gymnastics\, and more\, with fun seasonal activities. \nThis five week program runs Wednesdays\, April 1 to 29\, 2026. Classes will take place at various family-friendly venues across Burlington and Halton Region.  \nThis class is best suited for mobile babies approx. 8-18 months and their caregivers. The cost is $145+HST. \nIncluded in your registration fee is: \n\nFive 60-min classes – with fun activities and social time\nA private WhatsApp group chat – to stay connected outside of class time\n\nEach class will be limited to 12 participants.
