DESCRIPTION:Meet other moms in Burlington while learning and having fun with your baby!  \nOur flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet others\, gather valuable parenting info\, and learn about local programs and services – in a fun\, low-pressure\, social and inclusive environment. \nEach week features either a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from baby sleep to introducing solids to baby massage\, or a fun and interactive activity for mom and baby – like yoga or music.  There’s also always an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nThis seven week program runs every Wednesday morning\, 11am-12:30pm from March 25 to May 6\, 2026. We will meet indoors at The WOMB (World of My Baby)\, which is located at 1159 King Rd in the Aldershot neighbourhood. \nThis class is ideal for moms and their non-mobile babies\, aged newborn to 8 months.  The cost is $205+HST. \nIncluded in your registration fee is: \n\nSeven 90-min classes – each class full of valuable information\, connection\, and bonding opportunities\nA private WhatsApp group chat – to stay connected outside of class time\n\nEach class will be limited to 13 participants. Unfortunately you will not be allowed to bring older siblings to the class. \nWe will do our best to host classes in person\, however we reserve the right to move classes to a virtual format in the event of inclement weather\, illness or new government restrictions. (Dads\, grandparents or other caregivers welcome\, too!) \n\n\n\nJoin Mommy Connections Burlington for our Stroller Social taking place in beautiful Spencer Smith Park on Thursday\, April 9 from 11am-12pm. Spencer Smith Park is located at 1400 Lakeshore Rd. near Brant St. & Lakeshore. Here is a map. The exact meet up location will be shared via email. \n\n\nOur walk will take us along the Waterfront trail\, through Spencer Smith Park and downtown Burlington before ending  at a local cafe. \n\n\nIt’s a great opportunity to get out and socialize with other parents in a no-pressure environment AND get in your steps for the day. You are welcome to bring more than one child with you. \n\n\n\nIs your little one in daycare? You don’t have to attend with your stroller – you are welcome to come on your own for some adult company and conversation! \n\n\n\nIn the event of inclement weather the event would be cancelled. Participants would be notified in advance via email and social media. \n\n\n\n\nThis is a FREE event but you must register so we know to expect you. DESCRIPTION:Meet other moms in Burlington while learning and having fun with your baby!  \nOur flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet others\, gather valuable parenting info\, and learn about local programs and services – in a fun\, low-pressure\, social and inclusive environment. \nEach week features either a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from baby sleep to introducing solids to baby massage\, or a fun and interactive activity for mom and baby – like yoga or music.  There’s also always an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nThis six week program runs every Tuesday morning\, 10-11:30am from March 31 – May 5\, 2026. We will meet indoors at Gym & Juice\, which is located at 5230 South Service Road in the Pinedale neighbourhood (South Service & Appleby). \nThis class is ideal for moms and their non-mobile babies\, aged newborn to 8 months.  The cost is $175+HST. \nIncluded in your registration fee is: \n\nSix 90-min classes – each class full of valuable information\, connection\, and bonding opportunities\nA private WhatsApp group chat – to stay connected outside of class time\n\nEach class will be limited to 12 participants. Unfortunately you will not be allowed to bring older siblings to the class. \nWe will do our best to host classes in person\, however we reserve the right to move classes to a virtual format in the event of inclement weather\, illness or new government restrictions. Join us for five weeks of fun and discovery! \nOur Travelling Tots program provides toddlers (from 18 months to 3.5 years of age) and their caregivers with a unique opportunity to play\, explore\, and make new friends. We will sample five different toddler-friendly activities\, such as music\, arts and crafts\, soccer\, and more! \nThis five-week program runs Thursdays\, April 2-30\, 2026\, from 10-11am. Classes will take place at various family-friendly venues across Halton Region.  \nThis class is best best suited for toddlers and preschoolers with their caregivers. The cost is $145+HST. \nAre you a mom\, dad or caregiver of a toddler and an infant? No problem! Your infant can join in at no extra cost as long as they are comfortable being in a bucket seat or baby carrier. \nEach class will be limited to 10 participants.
