Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in Airdrie in our Mom & Baby Program this winter.
Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.
Each week features a discussion, keepsake, or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to postpartum mental health and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.
We meet from 11 – 12 at a location Genesis Place – 800 East Lake Blvd NE, Airdrie, AB T4A 2K9.
This class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months so it is a mix of our Mom & Baby as well as our Mini Mover program all in one!
The Details:
- Classes take place indoors at Genesis Place in Airdrie.
- Starting on April 10th – May 29th we’ll meet every Wednesday at 11 a.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)
- The first 30 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert, such as yoga, infant sleep, pelvic floor and core health, music, and more.
- Once the activity portion of each class has finished, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.
- All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.

Included in your $160 registration fee is:
- Eight classes full of information, bonding opportunities and connection
- A Mom & Baby Photo Shoot with a professional photographer and one complementary digital photo
- Keepsake Mother’s Day themed Mom & Baby crafts
If at any point, we are no longer able to run our indoor program due to new health restrictions, the program will move online (Zoom). No credits or refunds will be given if this happens.

Q. How old should my baby be when I join?
A: This program is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months. Age guidelines are flexible!
Q: How many moms are in each class?
A: This class will have up to 15 participants.
Q: When will I find out the class schedule?
A: You will receive a schedule via email before your session begins.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellation policy:
Refunds, less a $30 admin fee will be administered if the cancellation is more than 7 days before the start of the start of the program. Cancellations within 7 days of the start of the program will receive a credit. No refunds or credits are available once a program starts.
No credits or refunds will be given for missed classes.
