Mommy Connections

We are so excited to be hosting our in-person classes! While we can’t wait to see all your smiling faces, we all need to abide by government orders and do our part in keeping everyone safe and healthy. In order to participate in our in-person classes, you must agree to our COVID-19 policy:

1. 1. Venue’s Mask and Vaccine Policy. Mommy Connections classes will be held at various venues in the local community. You acknowledge that each of these venues may have their own policy with respect to masks and vaccines and you agree to abide by the venue’s mask and vaccination policy.
   2. Virtual Classes. Our program director reserves the right to switch any in-person class to a virtual class at any point, if (i) they feel, in their sole discretion, that it’s in the best interest of everyone’s health and safety to do so; or (ii) an act of federal, provincial or municipal government or public health authority prohibits in-person classes. In these circumstances, no refunds or credits will be provided.
   3. Stay Home If… Please do not come to any classes if either you or your child:

• • • • Are feeling sick;
      • Have been instructed to self-isolate by a healthcare professional or public health authority;

1. 4. Liability. You acknowledge that despite best efforts, there is still a risk that you may contract COVID-19 during in-person classes and you agree that your chapter of Mommy Connections and Mommy Connections Inc. shall not be held liable if you end up contracting COVID-19 during in-person classes or suffer from any related adverse health consequences.

By registering for this program, I have read, understand and agree to the above COVID-19 policy.
