Our Mama Moves program offers six weeks of different fitness classes  – from Mom and Baby Yoga to Strength Training and everything in between – designed especially for new moms looking to get more active and connect with other like-minded moms.

This class is BYOB (bring your own babe!) and offers a fun and low-pressure way to get out of the house, socialize, and see what’s possible for you in the way of postpartum fitness options.

Each week, we’ll meet from 10 am to 11:00am on Tuesdays at various indoor spaces from Ajax to Oshawa, unless otherwise stated. Each fitness class is 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes to informally socialize with the group and connect.  Rain, snow or shine (unless there is torrential downpour), class is on!

This class is designed with non-mobile babies in mind and is best suited to moms who are between 6 weeks and 9 months postpartum. We can accommodate older/mobile babies however, no problem as long as you don’t lose focus.
