Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in South Edmonton in our Mom & Baby Program in Ellerslie this winter.

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to babywearing and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.

We meet from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Edmonton Dance Factory.

Proof of vaccination or a negative rapid test (within 72 hours of each class) is required.

This class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months.

The Details:

• Classes take place indoors at Edmonton Dance Factory, 2764 Ellwood Dr., #201
• Starting on January 18 we’ll meet every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)
• The first 30 -60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert, such as yoga, infant sleep, pelvic floor and core health, music, and more.
• Once the activity portion of each class has finished, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.
• All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.
