Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in North and Central Edmonton in our Mom & Baby Program in Capilano this summer.

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion, activity, or keepsake led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to babywearing and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.

We meet from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Gold Bar Park

This class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months.

The Details:

• Classes take place outdoors at Gold Bar Park, located at 10955 50 St., Edmonton.*
• Starting on July 14 we’ll meet every Thursday at 11:30 a.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)
• The first 30 -60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert, such as yoga, infant sleep, pelvic floor and core health, music, and more.
• Once the activity portion of each class has finished, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.
• All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.

Included in your $135 registration fee is:

  • A Mom & Baby Photo Shoot with Teagan Photography and one complementary digital photo from your gallery

*We are so excited to spend time outdoors with you and your family! In case of inclement weather or poor air quality, the class will either move to an indoor location, or be added on to the end of the session.
