DESCRIPTION:Learn\, have fun with your baby\, and meet other new moms in Central Edmonton in our Mom & Baby Program in Capilano this fall.\n \nOur flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms\, learn about local programs and services\, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun\, low-pressure\, inclusive environment. \nEach week features a discussion\, keepsake\, or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to postpartum mental health and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nWe meet from 1 – 2:30 p.m. on Mondays at Gold Bar Community League. \nThis class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months. \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place indoors at Gold Bar Community League\, located at 4620-105 Ave\, Edmonton.\nStarting on September 18\, we’ll meet every Thursday at 1:00 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)\nThe first 30 – 60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert\, such as yoga\, infant sleep\, pelvic floor and core health\, music\, and more.\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nIncluded in your $139 registration fee is: \n\n\n\nSix classes full of information\, bonding opportunities and connection\nA Mom & Baby Photo Shoot with Roughley Originals Photography and one complementary digital photo

DESCRIPTION:Have a busy\, on-the move baby? Learn\, socialize and have fun with your active ‘older’ babe! Join us for six weeks of fun and discovery in our Mini Movers Program for families in St. Albert this fall! \nThe evolution of our flagship Mom & Baby program\, Mini Movers offers the same format and benefits – but geared towards crawlers\, scooters and early walkers. \nEach week features a fun interactive activity or keepsake for mom and baby – such as music\, gymnastics\, and sensory play OR a discussion led by a local expert on topics such as picky eating and infant speech and development.
