Join us for six weeks of fun and discovery in our Travelling Tots Program in North Edmonton and St. Albert this fall! \nOur popular Travelling Tots program provides toddlers (from 16 months to 4 years of age*) and their caregivers with a unique opportunity to play\, explore\, and make new friends. \nEach week\, we travel to a new location to enjoy a different structured activity – from music and gymnastics to dance and martial arts. \nAll activities are led by a local business\, giving you a unique opportunity to scope out and sample the activities available to you in North Edmonton and St. Albert. \nWe meet from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. every Saturday. Start times may vary slightly. \nThis class is ideal for families with toddlers up to 4 years old. Moms\, dads\, grandparents\, or any other caregiver are welcome to attend with their toddler.  \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place at various indoor or outdoor locations in North Edmonton and St. Albert.\nStarting on October 4\, we’ll meet every Saturday at 3:00 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions) *start times may vary\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation while our toddlers have a snack from home.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nIncluded in your $139 registration fee is: \n\nSix weeks of FUN with the same group of caregivers and tots\nA studio mini photo shoot with Roughley Originals Photography and one complementary digital photo from your gallery\n\nAdd a second toddler for only $65. \n**Please note that a single registration (one toddler) includes attendance for one adult and one child. Not all of our locations or activities can accommodate extra adults. If you register for two toddlers\, two adults are welcome to attend.

DESCRIPTION:Hey there mama-to-be! \nYou’re invited to our Mom to Be Program for expecting moms in North Edmonton and St. Albert. We will meet in-person each week and will be joined by the best local experts on all things pregnancy and postpartum! You’ll hear from a local lactation consultant on all about breastfeeding and infant feeding. You’ll learn all about postpartum mental health\, creating your own postpartum plan for a safe and healthy postpartum period. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health. This class may also include a prenatal yoga or fitness class. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesdays at Sublime Health & Family Chiropractic Clinic. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages. You do not need to be a first-time mom to attend. \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place indoors at Sublime Health & Family Chiropractic Clinic\, located at 125 Carleton Dr.\, St. Albert.\nStarting on October 15\, we’ll meet every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)\nThe first 30 -60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert\, such as mental health\, pelvic floor and core health\, breastfeeding\, prenatal yoga\, and more.\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nThe cost of this program is $139 + gst.  \nThis is a perfect program for all stages of pregnancy! \n**Please note: This program DOES NOT cover childbirth education.
