Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nWe meet from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. at the Mama Strength Studio in Ellerslie. \nThis class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months. \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place indoors at Mama Strength\, located at 1055 Parson Rd.
