DESCRIPTION:Learn\, have fun with your baby\, and meet other new moms in Central Edmonton in our Mom & Baby Program in Capilano this spring.\n \nOur flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms\, learn about local programs and services\, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun\, low-pressure\, inclusive environment. \nEach week features a discussion\, keepsake\, or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to postpartum mental health and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nWe meet from 1 – 2:30 p.m. on Thursdays at Cheer Sport Sharks Edmonton. \nThis class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months. \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place indoors at Cheer Sport Sharks Edmonton\, located at 4340 81 Ave NW\, Edmonton.\nStarting on March 19\, we’ll meet every Thursday at 1:00 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)\nThe first 30 – 60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert\, such as yoga\, infant sleep\, pelvic floor and core health\, music\, and more.\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nIncluded in your $139 registration fee is: \n\n\n\nSix classes full of information\, bonding opportunities and connection\nA Mom & Baby Photo Shoot with Roughley Originals Photography and one complementary digital photo

DESCRIPTION:Have a busy\, on-the move baby? Learn\, socialize and have fun with your active ‘older’ babe! Join us for six weeks of fun and discovery in our Mini Movers Program for families in St. Albert this spring! \nThe evolution of our flagship Mom & Baby program\, Mini Movers offers the same format and benefits – but geared towards crawlers\, scooters and early walkers. \nEach week features a fun interactive activity or keepsake for mom and baby – such as music\, gymnastics\, and sensory play OR a discussion led by a local expert on topics such as picky eating and infant speech and development. DESCRIPTION:Have a busy tot? Join us for six weeks of fun and discovery in our Travelling Tots Program in Edmonton and St. Albert this winter! \nOur popular Travelling Tots program provides toddlers (from 16 months to 4 years of age*) and their caregivers with a unique opportunity to play\, explore\, and make new friends. \nEach week\, we travel to a new location to enjoy a different structured activity – from music and gymnastics to dance and martial arts. \nAll activities are led by a local business\, giving you a unique opportunity to scope out and sample the activities available to you in North Edmonton and St. Albert. \nWe meet from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. every Saturday. Start times may vary slightly. \nThis class is ideal for families with toddlers up to 4 years old. Moms\, dads\, grandparents\, or any other caregiver are welcome to attend with their toddler.  \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place at various indoor or outdoor locations in Edmonton and St. Albert.\nStarting on February 23\, we’ll meet every Saturday at 3:00 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions) *start times may vary\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation while our toddlers have a snack from home.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nIncluded in your $139 registration fee is: \n\nSix weeks of FUN with the same group of caregivers and tots\nA studio mini photo shoot with Roughley Originals Photography and one complementary digital photo from your gallery\n\nAdd a second toddler for only $65. \n**Please note that a single registration (one toddler) includes attendance for one adult and one child.
