DESCRIPTION:Hey there mama-to-be! \nYou’re invited to our Mom to Be Program for expecting moms in South Edmonton. We will meet in-person each week and will be joined by the best local experts on all things pregnancy and postpartum! You’ll hear from a local lactation consultant on all about breastfeeding and infant feeding. You’ll learn all about postpartum mental health\, creating your own postpartum plan for a safe and healthy postpartum period. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health. This class may also include a prenatal yoga or fitness class. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Pine Health Edmonton. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages. DESCRIPTION:Hey there mama-to-be! \nYou’re invited to our Mom to Be Program for expecting moms in South Edmonton. We will meet in-person each week and will be joined by the best local experts on all things pregnancy and postpartum! You’ll hear from a local lactation consultant on all about breastfeeding and infant feeding. You’ll learn all about postpartum mental health\, creating your own postpartum plan for a safe and healthy postpartum period. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health. This class may also include a prenatal yoga or fitness class. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Pine Health Edmonton. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages. You do not need to be a first-time mom to attend. \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place indoors at Pine Health\, located at 6720 104 St NW in Edmonton.\nStarting on November 4\, we’ll meet every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)\nThe first 30 -60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert\, such as mental health\, pelvic floor and core health\, breastfeeding\, prenatal yoga\, and more.\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nThe cost of this program is $139 + gst.  \nThis is a perfect program for all stages of pregnancy! \n**Please note: This program DOES NOT cover childbirth education.
