Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nWe meet from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. at the Ridge Community League in Terwillegar. \nThis class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months. \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place indoors at the Ridge Community League\, located at 2111 Haddow Drive\nStarting on March 16\, we’ll meet every Monday at 1:00 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)\nThe first 30 – 60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert\, such as yoga\, infant sleep\, pelvic floor and core health\, music\, and more.\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nIncluded in your $139 registration fee is: \n\n\n\nFive classes full of information\, bonding opportunities and connection\nA Mom & Baby Photo Shoot with Teagan Photography and one complementary digital photo from your gallery
