We will meet in-person each week and will be joined by the best local experts on all things pregnancy and postpartum! You’ll learn all about postpartum mental health\, creating your own postpartum plan for a safe and healthy postpartum period. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health. This class may also include a prenatal yoga or fitness class. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Pine Health Edmonton. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages. DESCRIPTION:Hey there mama-to-be! \nYou’re invited to our Mom to Be Program for expecting moms in South Edmonton. We will meet in-person each week and will be joined by the best local experts on all things pregnancy and postpartum! You’ll hear from a local lactation consultant on all about breastfeeding and infant feeding. You’ll learn all about postpartum mental health\, creating your own postpartum plan for a safe and healthy postpartum period. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health. This class may also include a prenatal yoga or fitness class. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Pine Health Edmonton. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages.
