This class may also include a prenatal yoga or fitness class. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Pine Health Edmonton. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages.
