Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in Summerside in our Mom & Baby Program in Ellerslie this winter.

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to postpartum mental health and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.

We meet from 10:30 – 12:00 every Tuesday at Knottwood Community League

This class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months.

The Details:

  • Classes take place indoors at Knottwood Community League, located at 499 Knottwood Rd. W, Edmonton.
  • Starting on November 12, we’ll meet every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)
  • The first 30 -60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert, such as yoga, infant sleep, pelvic floor and core health, music, and more.
  • Once the activity portion of each class has finished, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.
  • All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.

Included in your $135 registration fee is:

    • Six classes full of information, bonding opportunities and connection
    • A Mom & Baby Photo Shoot with Teagan Photography and one complementary digital photo

If at any point, we are no longer able to run our program due to new health restrictions, the program will move online (Zoom). No credits or refunds will be given if this happens.

A: This program is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months. Age guidelines are flexible!

Q: How many moms are in each class?

A: This class will have up to 15 participants.

Q: When will I find out the class schedule? 

A: You will receive a schedule via email before your session begins.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellation policy:

Refunds, less a $30 admin fee will be administered if the cancellation is more than 7 days before the start of the start of the program.  Cancellations within 7 days of the start of the program will receive a credit.  No refunds or credits are available once a program starts.

No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes.
