DESCRIPTION:Learn\, have fun with your baby\, and meet other new moms in West Edmonton in our Mom & Baby Program in Lessard this spring.\n \nOur flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms\, learn about local programs and services\, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun\, low-pressure\, inclusive environment. \nEach week features a discussion or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to postpartum mental health and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nWe meet from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at Lessard Community Hall. \nThis class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months. \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place indoors at Lessard Community Hall\, located at 17404 57 Ave.\, Edmonton\nStarting on May 14 we’ll meet every Tuesday at 1 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)\nThe first 30 -60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert\, such as yoga\, infant sleep\, pelvic floor and core health\, music\, and more.\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nIncluded in your $135 registration fee is: \n\n\n\nSix classes full of information\, bonding opportunities and connection\nA Mom & Baby Photo Shoot with Teagan Photography and one complementary digital photo
