Description
Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in Hamilton!
Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers you a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.
Each week features a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from baby sleep to introducing solids to baby massage. We also try fun and interactive activities for mom and baby – like yoga, sign language, or music. There’s also always an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.
This program runs every Monday morning, 11am-12:15pm from Nov 11th – Dec 16th. We will meet indoors at St Thomas Waterdown Church located at 715 Centre Rd, Waterdown, ON.
This class is ideal for moms and their non-mobile babies, aged newborn to 7 months. The cost is $179+HST.
Each class will be limited to foster a cozy, community feel! Unfortunately you will not be allowed to bring older siblings to the class.
Included in your $179+HST registration fee is:
- Seven classes full of information, bonding opportunities and connection (6 in person, 1 virtual)
- Participants will be added to a Private WhatsApp chat group
- Mommy & Baby mini photo session with a free photo!
- Bonus Exclusive Holiday Event for Current Registrants
