This class will take place in Leduc for three classes and in Beaumont for three classes. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health and other important topics. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Pine Integrated Health in Edmonton. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages. Join us for six weeks of fun and discovery in our Travelling Tots Program in Leduc and Beaumont this fall! \nOur popular Travelling Tots program provides toddlers (from 12 months to 4 years of age*) and their caregivers with a unique opportunity to play\, explore\, and make new friends. \nEach week\, we travel to a new indoor location to enjoy a different structured activity – from music and gymnastics to dance and martial arts. \nAll activities are led by a local business\, giving you a unique opportunity to scope out and sample the activities available to you in Leduc and Beaumont. \nWe meet from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. every Friday. Start times may vary slightly. \nThis class is ideal for families with toddlers up to 4 years. \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place at various locations in Leduc and Beaumont.*\nStarting on February 13\, we’ll meet every Friday at 10:00 a.m. (for a total of 6 sessions) *start times may vary slightly\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation while our toddlers have a snack from home.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nIncluded in your $139 registration fee is: \n\nSix weeks of FUN with the same group of caregivers and tots\nA Family Photo Shoot with Teagan Photography and one complementary digital photo from your gallery\n\nAdd a second toddler for $65. DESCRIPTION:Hey there mama-to-be! \nYou’re invited to our Mom to Be Program in South Edmonton for expecting moms in Leduc\, Beaumont\, and surrounding areas. We will meet in-person each week and will be joined by the best local experts on all things pregnancy and postpartum! You’ll hear from a local lactation consultant on all about breastfeeding and infant feeding. You’ll learn all about postpartum mental health\, creating your own postpartum plan for a safe and healthy postpartum period. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health and other important topics. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Pine Integrated Health in Edmonton. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages.
