You’ll learn all about postpartum mental health\, creating your own postpartum plan for a safe and healthy postpartum period. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health and other important topics. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Pine Integrated Health in Edmonton. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages.
