DESCRIPTION:Meet other new moms in Kilworth while learning and having fun with your baby!  \nOur flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms\, gather valuable parenting info\, and learn about local programs and services – in a fun\, low-pressure\, inclusive environment. \nEach week features either a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from baby sleep to introducing solids to baby massage\, or a fun and interactive activity for mom and baby – like yoga or music.  There’s also always an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nThis seven week program runs every Monday morning\, 10-11:30am from March 18 to May 6\, 2024. No class on Easter Monday\, April 1. We will meet indoors at Compass Rose Wellness\, located at 29 Kilworth Park Dr.\n \nThis class is ideal for moms and their non-mobile babies\, aged newborn to 8 months.  The cost is $189+HST. \nParticipants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class. \nEach class will be limited to 10 moms. Unfortunately you will not be allowed to bring older siblings to the class. \nWe will do our best to host classes in person\, however we reserve the right to move classes to a virtual format in the event of inclement weather\, illness or further government restrictions.
