SUMMARY:Milton Mom & Baby (0-8M): Thursdays\, June 4 - July 16
DESCRIPTION:Meet other moms in Milton while learning and having fun with your baby!  \nOur flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet others\, gather valuable parenting info\, and learn about local programs and services – in a fun\, low-pressure\, social and inclusive environment. \nEach week features either a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from baby sleep to introducing solids to baby massage\, or a fun and interactive activity for mom and baby – like yoga or music.  There’s also always an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nThis six week program runs every Thursday morning\, 10-11:30am from June 4 to July 16\, 2026. We will meet indoors at The WOMB Milton\, which is located at 388 Main St E.\, near Main & Ontario. There is free parking located on-site.\n \nThis class is ideal for moms and their non-mobile babies\, aged newborn to 8 months.  The cost is $175+HST. \nIncluded in your registration fee is: \n\nSix 90-min classes – each class full of valuable information\, connection\, and bonding opportunities\nA private WhatsApp group chat – to stay connected outside of class time\n\nEach class will be limited to 8 moms. Unfortunately you will not be allowed to bring older siblings to the class. \nWe will do our best to host classes in person\, however we reserve the right to move classes to a virtual format in the event of inclement weather\, illness or new government restrictions.
