Meet other new moms in Central Mississauga while learning and having fun with your baby! 

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, gather valuable parenting info, and learn about local programs and services – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features either a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from baby sleep to introducing solids to baby massage, or a fun and interactive activity for mom and baby – like yoga or music.  There’s also always an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.

This eight-week program runs every Monday morning, 11am-12:30pm from October 21 – December 9, 2024. We will meet indoors at Erindale United located at 1444 Dundas Crescent near Dundas/Erin Mills.

This class is ideal for moms and their non-mobile babies, aged newborn to 8 months.  The cost is $225+HST.

Participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.

Each class will be limited to 12 moms. Unfortunately you will not be allowed to bring older siblings to the class.

We will do our best to host classes in person, however we reserve the right to move classes to a virtual format in the event of inclement weather, illness or further government restrictions. For our full cancellation policy, click here.
