We’re thrilled to announce that our programs are now back in person, and we would love to have you join us!  Join us for this 6 week series, and meet other new moms in Moncton! 

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun,  low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep to introducing solids to baby massage or we’ll enjoy a fun and interactive activity for mom and baby – like yoga, sign language, or music.  Plus there’s an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.  

This program runs every Tuesday afternoon, 10am- 11am from Nov 9 – Dec 14, 2022.  The classes will be held at The Mama Movement which is located at 73 Weldon Rd Moncton New Brunswick. 

This class is ideal for moms and their babies, newborn to 8 months.  The cost is only $139+HST.

All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.

Each class will be limited to 10-12 moms in order to foster group discussion as well as maintain physical distancing when we meet in person. Masks are suggested, but not required.

We will do our best to host the classes in person, however we reserve the right to move classes to a virtual format in the event of illness or further government restrictions. For our full cancellation policy, click here.
