Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in Orléans!
Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.
Each week features a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep to introducing solids to baby massage. We also try fun and interactive activities for mom and baby – like yoga, sign language, or music. There’s also always an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.
The session runs every Wednesday morning, from 10:30 – 12:00 starting April 9th – May 28th.
This class is ideal for moms and their babies, newborn to 7 months. The cost is $189+HST e-transfer preferred (password: Ottawa)
Included in your $189 registration fee is:
- Eight classes full of information, bonding opportunities and connection
- A free professional picture of you and your baby, taken by local photographer Brittany from Family Focus Studios with the option to purchase your additional photos or your full gallery at a special Mommy Connections rate
- A private Facebook group so that you can get to know your fellow parents better!
