We will meet in-person each week and will be joined by the best local experts on all things pregnancy and postpartum! You’ll hear from a local lactation consultant on all about breastfeeding and infant feeding. You’ll learn all about postpartum mental health\, creating your own postpartum plan for a safe and healthy postpartum period. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health and chiropractic care. This class may also include a prenatal yoga or fitness class. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Family First Chiropractic. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages.
