Our Outdoor Adventure Adventure Camps are back this summer for families in Red Deer, Sylvan Lake and area! They’re the perfect summer adventure for the whole family. Every week will be a new adventure! You’ll explore new places and connect with other families, all while learning and spending time outdoors with your children. This camp is great for the whole family and all ages are welcome, including school-aged children. Each camp includes four outdoor adventures. Moms, dads, grandparents, and any other caregiver are welcome to register.

Every week we will visit a local farm, stable, or enjoy another rural adventure that may include pony rides, berry picking, flower picking, a bee farm visit, and more! All camps include flower picking at Hummingbee Flower Co. and flower farm photos with Kristy Klarich Photography. Schedules will be available soon but are subject to change due to seasonal and farm availability.

Wednesdays, July 9, 16, 23, and 30

Saturdays, July 5, 12, 19, and 26

Cost: $125 + GST

Registration includes entrance into each location for one adult and one child and all activities. It includes 1 bouquet of flowers for each registered child. Any extras you wish to purchase at the locations, i.e., extra flowers, are not included.

Registration also includes one complimentary digital photo of you and your child from your photo session with our photographer, with the option to purchase additional photos from the photographer. Immediate family members are permitted to join on photo day. No extended family or pets, please, due to location and time constraints.

All classes take place outdoors. This camp runs rain or shine!

Have a second child? Your second child can join for $55. Add a second adult for $35. Choose your option from the drop-down menu.

Additional adults cannot be added onto the camp once it has started.

Babies under 1 year are FREE to come along!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What age group are the camps geared towards?

A: These camps are ideal for children of all ages, from 1 year to school age. They are open-ended and exploratory and perfect for the whole family.

Q: What if I’m home with a toddler AND a baby? Can my newborn tag along?

A: You bet! Babies are most welcome (at no extra cost), with a paying older sibling.

Q: What if I have two or more children? Can I bring both of them?

A: Absolutely. Families with more than one child in the camp will save on additional registrations.

Q: My child is home with a nanny/caregiver. Can they attend together?

A: Yes! Children may attend with any type of caregiver (parent, grandparent, nanny, etc.) so long as that person can make their way to our various class locations.

Q: Can more than one adult attend?

A: Yes! You can add a second adult from the drop-down menu.

Q: When/how do I find out where the classes will be taking place?

A: You will receive a schedule via email, one week prior to our first class. The schedule is subject to change.

Q: Can I attend just a few classes?

A: Single sessions are not available. A huge focus of our program is community building, which can only be created when a group is consistent from start to finish.

Q: How many families are in each class?

A: This camp may have up to 16 families.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellation policy:

Refunds, less a $30 admin fee will be administered if the cancellation is more than 7 days before the start of the start of the program.  Cancellations within 7 days of the start of the program will receive a credit.  No refunds or credits are available once a program starts.

No credits, refunds, or make-ups will be given for missed classes.
