Interested in our classes? Mommy Connections is just “What you do” when you have a baby or find out you are expecting!
Established in 2009 in South Edmonton, Mommy Connections offers Moms and Babies (Tots etc.) an opportunity to bond in a social environment and learn from local experts on everything baby!
Leave your name, email, due date or baby birth date and we will let you know when our classes have availability! We run almost ALL year round! Be sure to check out locations close by as well if you don’t find what you are looking for right in your neighborhood. Mommy Connections runs all across Canada!
Our weekly classes are a great way to meet other families at the same stage as you, experiencing the same challenges as you! Classes may include: Mom and Baby Yoga, Pelvic Floor Health Talk, Music, Keepsake Crafts, Dance, Sleep Talk, Fitness and Finance, Mental Health Talk etc. Our Travelling Tots enjoy something new every week as well such as Soccer, Dance, Music, Arts and Crafts.
Mom to Be Classes prepare you for birth, delivery and what is to come! Don’t miss our Baby Safe Classes, these are “momdatory”, we want to keep you and your baby Safe!
Once you have your baby, Our Signature “Mommy and Me” Photoshoot is offered with every session and you will have an opportunity to view your whole gallery as well as choose one image for FREE. Pricing for galleries vary however, we have been told that they are VERY affordable! Join us at a class, we want to meet you!
note: Almost everyone meets for the first time in our classes, it’s rare for any of our participants to have already met! We are inclusive, fun, engaging and most of all, we create memories that last a lifetime! We are the OG ~ Mommy Connections!
