DESCRIPTION:Hey there mama-to-be! \nYou’re invited to our Mom to Be Program for expecting moms in Spruce Grove and Stony Plain. We will meet in-person each week and will be joined by the best local experts on all things pregnancy and postpartum! You’ll hear from a local lactation consultant on all about breastfeeding and infant feeding. You’ll learn all about postpartum mental health\, creating your own postpartum plan for a safe and healthy postpartum period. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health. This class may also include a prenatal yoga or fitness class. Most importantly\, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you. \nWe meet on Sundays\, 4 – 5:30 p.m. at MVMT + Yoga Collective in Spruce Grove. \nThis class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages. You do not need to be a first-time mom to attend. \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place indoors at MVMT + Yoga Collective\, located at 20 Westwind Dr.\, Spruce Grove.\nStarting February 15\, we’ll meet every Sunday at 4:00 p.m. for 90 minutes (for a total of 6 sessions)\nThe first 30 – 60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert\, such as mental health\, pelvic floor and core health\, breastfeeding\, prenatal yoga\, and more. Topics may vary and are not guaranteed.\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nThe cost of this program is $139 + gst.  \nThis is a perfect program for all stages of pregnancy! \n**Please note: This program DOES NOT cover childbirth education.
