DESCRIPTION:Learn\, have fun with your baby\, and meet other new moms in Spruce Grove and Stony Plain in our Mom & Baby Program this fall.\n \nOur flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms\, learn about local programs and services\, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun\, low-pressure\, inclusive environment. \nEach week features a discussion\, keepsake\, or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to postpartum mental health and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges\, fears and excitement as you are. \nWe meet on Fridays\, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. at MVMT + Yoga Collective in Spruce Grove. \nThis class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months. \nThe Details: \n\nClasses take place indoors at MVMT + Yoga Collective\, located at 20 Westwind Dr.\, in Spruce Grove.\nStarting November 14\, we’ll meet every Friday at 1:00 p.m. for 90 minutes (for a total of 6 sessions)\nThe first 30 – 60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert\, such as yoga\, infant sleep\, pelvic floor and core health\, music\, and more.\nOnce the activity portion of each class has finished\, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.\nAll participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.\n\nIncluded in your $139 registration fee is: \n\n\n\nSix classes full of information\, bonding opportunities and connection\nA Mom & Baby Photo Shoot with Teagan Photography and one complementary digital photo\n\n\n\nHave twins?
