That said, we welcome moms of newborns so long as your health care provider has cleared you for moderate exercise.\u00a0 We also welcome \u2018older\u2019 babies up to 7 months, so long as they aren\u2019t mobile yet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If your baby is older, we offer a <a href=\"https:\/\/mommyconnections.ca\/west-toronto\/mini-movers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mini Movers program<\/a> for 6 to 18 month olds, and a popular <a href=\"https:\/\/mommyconnections.ca\/west-toronto\/mom-tot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Travelling Tots<\/a> program for 1.5 to 4 years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Q: Can I attend just a few classes?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nA: Single sessions are not available. A huge focus of our program is community building, which can only be created when a group is consistent from start to finish.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Q: How many moms are in each class?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A: We aim to keep classes between 12-14 participants to foster a cozy, community feel.<br \/>\n<b>Q: When will I find out the schedule of topics\/activities? <\/b><b>Are the classes types\/activities guaranteed?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A: You will receive a schedule via email before your session begins. A sample schedule is available below.\u00a0 We cannot guarantee that a particular type of class (like CPR, yoga, or music) will be a part of any given session. Class topics change slightly from session to session and are subject to local experts\u2019 availability.
