8-Week Mom & Baby Program: March to April
Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel isolating, especially in the early months. Our Mom & Baby program is designed to give you a warm, welcoming space to connect with other moms, share real conversations, and build the supportive community every mom deserves.
Each week, you’ll meet with the same group of moms who are navigating the same stage of life: sleep changes, feeding journeys, physical recovery, emotional shifts, and everything in between. With guidance from trusted local experts and time to chat, this program becomes a place where friendships form naturally and your village truly begins to grow.
Along the way, you’ll enjoy keepsake crafts (including sweet Easter-themed keepsakes), a professional mini photo shoot, and the comfort of knowing you’re surrounded by moms who get it.

📍 Location: Dalhousie Community Association — 5432 Dalhart Rd NW, Calgary
📅 Dates: March 11th – April 29th
⏰ Time: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Who: Moms with babies 0–8 months (flexible age range!)
Group Size: Limited to 15 moms
Cost: $160

Q: How old should my baby be to join?
A: This program is ideal for moms with babies aged 0–8 months, but the age range is flexible.
Q: What if I miss a class?
A: We understand life with a baby is unpredictable. While we can’t offer refunds or credits for missed sessions, you’ll stay connected through the group chat.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:
Cancel more than 7 days before the session begins: full credit, transfer, or a refund (minus a $30 admin fee).
Cancel less than 7 days before the session: no refunds, credits, or transfers.
