Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in Central Edmonton in our Mom & Baby Program in Capilano, Goldbar, and east Edmonton this spring.
Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.
Each week features a discussion, keepsake, or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to postpartum mental health and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.
We meet from 1 – 2:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Gold Bar Community Hall.
This class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months.
The Details:
- Classes take place indoors at the Gold Bar Community Hall, located at 4620 105 Ave NW, Edmonton.
- Starting on May 12, we’ll meet every Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)
- The first 30 – 60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert, such as yoga, infant sleep, pelvic floor and core health, music, and more.
- Once the activity portion of each class has finished, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.
- All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.
