Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Program Details:
🗓️ When: Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
📅 Duration: Six weeks of enriching classes plus a bonus mom-date
📍 Location: VanDance Studio

Q: What’s the ideal age for my baby to join?
A: We recommend registering when your baby is between 1 month and 11 months old. For older or more mobile babies, check out our Mini Movers and Travelling Tots programs.
Q: Can I request that my or my child’s face not appear in photos shared online?
A: Yes. We respect every family’s privacy. Mothers may request that their own face and/or their child’s face be covered or blurred in any photos used on our website, social media pages, or other promotional materials.
Q: Can I attend just a few classes?
A: Our program focuses on building a consistent community, so single-session attendance isn’t available.
Q: How many moms are in each class?
A: To keep things personal and engaging, we cap classes at 14 participants.
Q: When will I receive the schedule of topics and activities?
A: You’ll get a detailed schedule via email before your session starts. While we can’t guarantee specific classes, you’ll enjoy a diverse range of topics.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations more than 7 days before a program starts, are eligible for a full credit, transfer, or a refund, less a $30 admin fee. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for cancellations 7 days or less before a program starts. Full cancellation policy details are available [here].
