Low on Iron?

03/28/2022

Are you constantly tired? Feel cold all the time? Dark under eye circles? Have you ever gotten your iron checked?

It is estimated that 1 in 4 women suffer from iron deficiency, making it the most common nutritional deficiency.   In childbearing years, women are at a greater risk for iron deficiency because of the loss of blood during menstruation. Foundational for pregnancy and fetal development, during pregnancy women face the greatest need for iron. The developing baby takes the iron it needs from the mother’s iron stores.

If you’re iron deficient do you tend to not take your supplement the way you should because it makes you feel constipated and nauseous?

With all this in mind, check out Ferritin+ by @florahealthy a plant based (made with organic peas) which allows for a controlled release and efficient absorption to minimize digestive upset! Thats a win win situation if you ask me! 🙌
