Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in North York!
Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.
Each week features a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep to introducing solids to baby massage. We also try fun and interactive activities for mom and baby – like yoga, fitness, or music. There’s also always an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.
When: The session runs for 6 weeks – every Wednesday 10:30-11:30 am from May 15 to June 19th, 2024.
Where: Classes take place at the Star Dance Center, located at 4750 Yonge St Unit 326, Toronto, ON M2N 5M6.
This class is ideal for moms and their babies, 0-8 months. The cost is $149+HST.
All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.
Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 moms. This allows for an intimate and supportive environment where you can build meaningful connections. Our hope is that every mom has the opportunity to engage fully and forge genuine friendships in our program.
We will do our best to host the classes in person, however we reserve the right to move classes to a virtual format in the event of illness or further government restrictions. For our full cancellation policy, click here.

This session, we will be visiting Water Babies for a swim class near Bathurst and Sheppard. Each baby must be wearing a disposable swim diaper as well as a tight fitting neoprene swim diaper over the top. In addition to your registration fee, you must also purchase the neoprene diaper called Happy Nappy directly from Water Babies or other retailers that have Happy Nappy, they are required for all their swimming programs. The cost $28.99+HST and should you decide to register for Water Babies in the future, they will deduct the amount you paid for the swim diaper off of your lesson fee. The diaper keeps anything from escaping out of the disposable diaper, which trust me – will greatly reduce your anxiety about swim day with a baby!
