Fall Programs are Open for Registration!

Fall is great time for new connections! For many of our participants they say that Mommy Connections Classes are the only time they get out of the house all week. I mean, if you are going to venture out, may as well meet up with a whole bunch of smiling faces who are so excited to see you.

Mommy Connections offers an inclusive environment that is comfortable and relaxing. Many participants stay long after class has ended to chat, share advice or simply “adore” all of the sweetness around them. Babies are Beautiful!!

We offer 4 Classes in Sherwood Park, choose from:

Baby Safe – CPR/First Aid Class

Mom and Baby (0 to 6 months)

Mom and Baby (6 to 14 months)

Travelling Tots (Ages 1 to 4 years old)

Each week there is something new! From Baby Sleep discussions, to Mom and Baby Yoga, to a Doula Talk with the intimate discussions that only moms have together.

Plus, each 6 week session includes a photoshoot with our local partner Photographers, B. Quinn Photography and KristinaMoirPhotography, both of which we have worked with for many years. Moms enjoy 1 free digital image plus the opportunity to purchase additional photos from their gallery if they wish.
