The Babyganics ‘Shower Squad’ Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) consists of a series of separate events to select winning Parents-to-Be to receive a baby shower-related prize. You can nominate yourself as a Parent-to-Be, henceforth referred to as “Entrants” for a chance to win by following the instructions in the “How to Enter” section below. Three (3) winners will be selected on draw date, June 24, 2021.
Entrants must all be legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Entrants must be expecting a child or have had a child since March 1, 2020. Employees (and their immediate families) of SC Johnson, d/b/a Babyganics (“Sponsor”), Mommy Connections Inc. (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising & marketing agencies, and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to win or to nominate anyone. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and all facts at any time, and Entrants agree to cooperate in any verification process/request. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes begins on June 3, 2021, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on June 24, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes, and time, for all purposes relevant to the Sweepstakes, is measured based on Eastern Time.
Submit entry information to contest landing page on Mommy Connections Inc. website including: your name, city, province and postal code of nominee, baby arrival date and best contact information (phone and email).
Each Entrant may submit one (1) valid entry. Any attempt to enter more than the permitted number of times, by any means, including, but not limited to, use of multiple email addresses, accounts, or other means, may result in disqualification. No illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant the relevant person will be deemed the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted by/for that person at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Drawing will be from among all eligible entries which were received during the relevant Entry Period. Only the entries made during an Entry Period and sharing all info requested under How to Enter will be considered.
Prize: There are three (3) Prizes available in the Drawing. Prize is a basket of Babyganics products, a $750 gift card from BuyBuyBaby (ARV $1,006). Each basket contains:

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value or exchanged for any other prizes by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value in the event any advertised prize becomes unavailable.
An Entrant submitting the winning entry and his/her nominated Parent- to-Be are subject to eligibility verification. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF, AND MAY NOT RECEIVE, ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF NOTIFIED OF BEING A WINNER AND/OR A PRIZE RECIPIENT, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE ELIGIBILITY OF BOTH ARE VERIFIED.
To be verified as eligible to receive a prize, the Entrant submitting a winning entry must comply with all terms and conditions, fulfill all requirements of these Official Rules, and agree to be bound by the decisions of the judge. Each will be notified by email or phone (subject to Sponsor’s discretion), and Entrant may be required to submit a completed and signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and, where legal, Publicity Release (“Prize Claim Documents”) within four (4) days after receipt. If eligible winner is not of legal age of majority in his or her province of residence (a “minor”), at Sponsor’s option, the applicable prize either may be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian of winner, or parent or legal guardian of winner may be required to ratify and sign all Prize Claim Documents. If Entrant cannot be contacted using the information provided or fails to respond to Sponsor’s attempt to notify them of the selection within four (4) business days; if any notification is returned as undeliverable or yields an error or undeliverable type “bounce back” email (regardless if the message is ultimately delivered to the recipient); if the Entrant fails to sign and return the Prize Claim Documents or any other required documentation or fails to comply with these Official Rules; if any prize is returned as undeliverable; if Entrant is unable or unwilling to accept a prize as stated; or if Entrant cannot be verified as eligible for any other reason, that potential winning entry is disqualified and that prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Entrants or Parents-to-Be found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Administrator, will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize(s) at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. If any such malfunction, error, disruption or similar damage occurs and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes by notifying Entrants via email. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, garbled, or damaged entries. The Administrator will be the sole judge of which entries are valid and its decisions are final and binding. Accepting the prize constitutes permission to use the name and likeness of the winning Entrant for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parents, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and their advertising, promotional and judging agencies (the “Sweepstakes Entities”) from and against any and all liability, injuries, loss, claim, damages, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use, misuse or possession of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) human error or unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, illegible, garbled, damaged or postage due entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f)injury or damage to persons, including death, or property (including computers) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Each Entrant further agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether in Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the province of Ontario and each Entrant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. Entrants hereby acknowledge that Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
For the names of the Winners in any given Drawing, send a self- addressed, stamped envelope to: ‘Mommy Connections Inc.,14 Delma Drive, Toronto, ON M8W 4N4, within thirty days after the end of the applicable Drawing. Be sure to specify the Drawing for which you are seeking a list. For a list of all winners, available after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, you may send a similar request identifying “full winner list” as the request; such requests must be received no later than 06/31/2021.
