Springfree Trampoline: The Preferred Activity For My 4 Boys

For a long time, Michelle and her husbands’ Calgary home was one of the most popular houses on the block. Kids would come from across the street and down the road to play in their large backyard that was filled with every activity imaginable. From hockey and basketball nets, to play structures, slides and a playhouse, they had lots of activities to keep their four boys busy. So when any of their kids’ friends came over to the house to play, there was always plenty to do. Yet without a doubt, the first thing everyone always played on first, was the Springfree Trampoline.

From mini-sticks to wrestling, playing dodge ball to baseball, to running, dancing, shooting hoops and just plain jumping, their Springfree Trampoline has seen it all and has been the main attraction at many birthday parties. Michelle and her husband purchased their Springfree Trampoline 8 years ago because they wanted to upgrade from their older model with the blue tarp and springs around the edge. Knowing how rough her boys were on the trampoline, Michelle felt their old model trampoline was an accident waiting to happen.

“We loved the way the Springfree Trampoline was built with the surrounding nets and the fact that it would reduce the possibility of accidents. There’s a lot of fear around trampolines we’ve seen with friends and family. But I believe there’s more benefit than harm.”

They’ve also moved twice, taking it apart and putting it back together again with no issues. They leave it up all year round and it’s survived the elements (and in Calgary that’s saying a lot) without even a tarp and they’ve never had any problems at all.

“There’s many reasons why it works for our family. It gets our boys active and keeps them busy instead of being inside playing video games. It appeals to a wide range of ages and is not gender specific. We don’t have to do anything to set it up and it keeps them busy for a long time. And it’s consistently been the preferred entertainment for my boys.”

It remains their preferred form of entertainment when they’re in the backyard, but the neighbourhood traffic has slowed down and it’s easy to understand why. There’s a few more houses in the area that now have their own Springfree Trampoline.
