Springfree Trampoline V-I-P Party: Friday June 23rd

This past Friday June 23rd, we took over Springfree Trampoline Calgary for a V-I-P Blogger/Influencer Party! The main event was, of course jumping and with 5 trampolines to choose from, there was plenty of time for each child to jump and enjoy! Thanks to JM Photography for taking photos of this amazing event.

Besides the main event, we had a fabulous face painter/balloon twister who did lovely works of art for each child. When the kids got hungry, they snacked on awesome sliders and kettle chips from Paper Street and finished things off with cupcakes from CRAVE.

One of our attendees, Stephanie, has been with Mommy Connections Calgary since (almost) day one! Growing up, trampolines were always a great time, but one that usually came with minor injuries, or sometimes even broken bones. As such, we had decided that they weren’t something we’d want our children to have in their younger years. However, after spending some time at Springfree Trampolines, with Mommy Connections Calgary, I can safely say that my views have changed.

Obviously, sometimes accidents happen, but I confidentially can say that the design of Springfree trampolines are a much better, and more importantly much safer way of play. With the lack of springs (“springfree”), and with the netting around the trampoline itself, the major injuries of days-past are just that, past.

Our 20 month old, and 3 year old were able to safely play without worrying if they would bounce right off, or fall right through the springs (a feeling I’d known all too well as a child). They had fun being able to jump and play, and would even purposely run into the net with nothing but a smile on their face.

The best part of it all, was that with the amount of energy they were exerting we knew there would be some peaceful sleep coming our way; it’s an “exercise in disguise”! The only problem we did have was trying to get them to come off when it was time to leave. 😉

I would definitely recommend Springfree to anyone looking to purchase one. They really are a jumping good time!
