Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new dads in St. Albert and North Edmonton in our Dad & Baby Program this spring.

Our Dad & Baby program offers new dads a unique opportunity to meet other dads, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and infant massage to music and dad and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.

We meet from 10:30 – 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays at Sublime Health & Family Chiropractic Clinic.

This class is ideal for dads with babies 0 – 15 months.

The Details:

• Classes take place indoors at Sublime Health & Family Chiropractic Clinic, located at 125 Carleton Dr., St. Albert
• Starting on June 7 we’ll meet every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. (for a total of 4 sessions)
• The first 30 -60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert, such infant sleep, music, and more.
• Once the activity portion of each class has finished, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.
• All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.
