Hey there mama-to-be!

You’re invited to our Mom to Be Program in South Edmonton for expecting moms in Leduc, Beaumont, and surrounding areas. We will meet in-person each week and will be joined by the best local experts on all things pregnancy and postpartum! You’ll hear from a local lactation consultant on all about breastfeeding and infant feeding. You’ll learn all about postpartum mental health, creating your own postpartum plan for a safe and healthy postpartum period. We’ll also delve into pelvic floor and core health and other important topics. Most importantly, you’ll meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you.

We meet from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays at Pine Integrated Health in Edmonton.

This class is ideal for expecting moms at all stages. You do not need to be a first-time mom to attend.

The Details:

• Classes take place indoors at the Pine Integrated Health, located at 6720 104 St., Edmonton
• Starting on January 20, we’ll meet every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)
• The first 30 – 60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert, such as mental health, pelvic floor and core health, breastfeeding, prenatal yoga, and more.
• Once the activity portion of each class has finished, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.
• All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.

The cost of this program is $139 + gst.
