Excited to jump back into movement after giving birth but feeling unsure about the right starting point? We’re here to help you get going! Meet other moms in Midtown Toronto, while trying a new fitness class each week.
This 6 week session runs every Thursday morning from 11AM-12PM from March 26 – April 30, 2026 at various locations around Midtown Toronto. Each fitness class is 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes to informally socialize with the group. The final class is a class wrap up and photo day with a professional photographer.
To get the most out of the workout, this class is designed with non-walking babies in mind and is best suited to moms who are between 6 weeks and 9 months postpartum.
