Mom & Baby – St. Clair West (Wychwood/Humewood)
Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in Midtown Toronto!
Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.
Each week features a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from infant sleep to introducing solids to maternal mental health and pelvic floor health. We also try fun and interactive activities for mom and baby – like baby carrier fitness, early literacy or music (please note, these are general topic guidelines – they may not be offered each session). After the presenter portion, we’ll have 30 minutes each week for an informal opportunity to socialize with the other moms in the class.
This 8 week session runs every Tuesday morning, 11:00AM – 12:30PM from Jan 13 – Mar 3, 2026. The class itself is 1 hour with an additional 30 mins for socializing. This class is ideal for moms and non-mobile babies, newborn to 7 months at the time of the first class. The cost is $235 +HST.
All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.
Each class will be limited to 12 moms (plus 1-2 facilitators). Unfortunately you will not be allowed to bring siblings or other family members to classes* (or have them attend in your place). The exception to this is twin mamas, you are able to bring another caregiver with you to class should you require extra help with your twins.
Included in your registration fee is:
- Eight (8) classes full of information, bonding opportunities and connection
- Private WhatsApp chat group (to continue to connect outside of our weekly class)
- A free professional digital photo of you and your baby, taken by a local photographer (with the option to purchase additional digital photos should you desire)
