Sign up here to be added to the Priority Access Waitlist* for our Spring Programs happening in Midtown Toronto this March – May! Our programs are a great way to get out and meet some local Moms (and/or Dads and Caregivers) with little ones close in age to yours.
Spring programs will run March – May. The anticipated start date for Spring programs is the week of March 23 (Mom & Baby) and week of March 30 (Mini Movers, Travelling Tots, Mama Moves).
Mom & Baby: moms with babies 0-7 months
Mini Movers: for caregivers (moms, dads or caregivers) with mobile babies approx. 7-18 months
Mama Moves: for Moms with babies 6 weeks – 9M ish (non-mobile babies). Join us for 5 weeks of different fitness classes plus a wrap up day on week 6 with a Mom & Baby photo shoot! It’s a safe and fun way to get moving post-pregnancy in the same warm and inclusive environment as our other programs – with babe in tow (of course)
Travelling Tots: for caregivers (moms, dads or caregivers) with toddlers 18M – age 4 years
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee you a spot in the class, you still need to pay attention to registration dates and register early to avoid disappointment.
By signing up for our waitlist, you will receive priority access to our Spring 2026 programming once registration opens (exact date will be shared on social media and in our newsletter). General Registration opens 24H after priority access.
