Meet other Moms-to-Be while learning, socializing and having fun!

It’s time to put aside the to-do list – the stroller research, nursery decorating, and other tasks can wait! – and focus on YOU. Our Mom-to-Be Retreat is designed to help make this special time in your life a little less overwhelming and isolating, while acknowledging your incredible journey to motherhood.

Over the course of two Sundays we will help you gain valuable knowledge as you prepare for childbirth and the early postpartum period, and – perhaps most importantly – connect you with other local moms who are at the same stage as you.

The Details:

• Mom-to-Be Retreat takes place over two Sundays – Sunday, April 7 & Sunday, April 14 from 10am – 1pm (3 hours per Sunday)
• The classes take place at Kids Physio Group Oakville, which is located at 2171 Speers Rd. Unit 201 in Oakville
  
• The Retreat will feature fun activities and informative talks led by local experts, with lots of time for socialization (scroll below for Retreat schedule!)
• A private WhatsApp group will be created so you can chat with your fellow moms and offer support to each other beyond your time spent in the Retreat
• Continental breakfast / refreshments will be provided each Sunday
• A mini maternity photo shoot with a professional photographer, including 2 complimentary photos, is included!

This 2-day Retreat costs $139+HST.

This workshop is for expectant moms and is ideal to complete at any stage of pregnancy. It is designed to complement a more traditional prenatal program.

Registration cancellations are subject to a $30 administration fee (full cancellation policy can be found here). Limited to 10 moms in order to maintain a cozy, community feel. A minimum of 6 participants is needed in order to run this Retreat.
