Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in North Oakville! 

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from baby sleep to introducing solids to baby massage. We also try fun and interactive activities for mom and baby – like yoga, sign language, or music.  There’s also always an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.

This seven week program runs every Friday morning, 10-11:30am from May 26 to July 14, 2023. No class for Canada Day, June 30 2023. We will meet indoors at St. Simon’s Anglican Church, which is located at 1450 Litchfield Rd at Trafalgar/Upper Middle.

This class is ideal for moms and their non-mobile babies, aged newborn to 8 months.  The cost is $199+HST.

We will do our best to host classes in person, however we reserve the right to move classes to a virtual format in the event of inclement weather, illness or further government restrictions. For our full cancellation policy, click here.

Participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.

Each class will be limited to 12 moms. Unfortunately you will not be allowed to bring older siblings to the class.
