We are so very excited to announce a new partnership with Studio Pilates, a Fully Equipped Professional Studio with the Best Instruction in Red Deer. Our Thursday morning Mom & Baby classes will be held in their beautiful new studio at #100 488 McCoy Drive Red Deer County
The moms in our programs will have the chance to try out some of their popular pilates classes, including Booty Barre, Piloxing, and mat. Each of these different types of workouts are super fun, challenging and upbeat. It’s a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout – especially beneficial for those post-baby bods 😉
